Chatting Bot ‘Tori’ obtained copyright as completion of program registration. ‘Tori’ is automatic counselling program as chatting bot that can response to customer inquiries instead of agents in call center. Furence has been recognized for technology as participation in an exhibition in Japan.
Furence co. wil try to show chatting bot ‘Tori’ to domestic market as well as Japanese.
