Sad thing is I did 3 sets of KB single leg deaflits + rows, KB squat, KB sumo squat, KB overhead press and cable leg kickbacks. The mileage will be comfortably uncomfortable and you’ll be tired. The main thing I love about these shorts are that they’re high-waisted. Because of the ruching, it is more fitted towards the waist, so you don’t have to worry about your shirt flapping in the wind or riding up. I don’t know that brand at all.
