In December 2017, Conple, the cloud customer management system of the Furence, was validated for its performance and quality of service by Cloud Industry Association of Korea(KACI) and the Information & Communication Professional Engineers Association of Korea(TTA). Compile launched in earnest in 2017 to provide necessary consultation management and history lookup capability at the call center, and provided a free, easy-to-use platform for deployment of CRM clouds for private businesses and one-man businesses.
