Furence Co., Ltd. participated in the recent 16th Call Center / CRM DEMO & Conference held in Tokyo, Japan. The RecSee 3.0 was released and the T-Motion with real-time chat solution powered by BoldChat from LogMeIn was introduced. Furence has been attending the said event annually since 2011 and this time Furence aims to accomplish the following: 1. Integrate the various solutions in call centers and domestic solutions to maximize productivity and efficiency of small and medium-sized business environments (SMBs) in Japan. 2. Determine the position and trends related to Emotion Detection and Speech Recognition algorithm development in the Japanese market. 3. Launch the successful development of the multi-channel gateway of real-time chat solution and CTI in the call centers to improve customer service. Furence will continue to develop CTI and other call center solutions hoping to lead in the international market.
