XPLink (Thailand) visited Furence last October 21-23, 2015 in order to attend sales, technical training and the Reseller Agreement Ceremony. XPLink Company Limited was founded in 2003 as a software consultant company specializing in Java Technology and providing services like Project Solution, Software Development Consulting, Outsourcing and Training.
The Reseller Agreement officially appointed XPLink as the authorized reseller of Furence CTI, IVR, Recording solutions in Thailand. The Thai market is comprised of expensive global brands such as AVAYA and CISCO as well as low-cost and open-source solutions, XPLink and Furence plans to target the Small and Medium Business (SMBs) in Thailand and offer high quality service and competitively priced call center solutions.
