Furence and AVAYA APEC signed an agreement as partners in progress since December 2014. AVAYA is a global leader in business communications solutions, introduced its latest IP Office 9.1. It is also a company that provides solutions to various companies worldwide market through channel partners. AVAYA IP Office 9.1 gives the user to connect up to 2500 in 150 different locations in a single server, a contact center features has been added to support 250 agents, especially multimedia contact center agents. Furence is going to introduce its call center solutions like RecSee, IVR, and the upgraded T-motion to new customers using the AVAYA IP Office 9.1.
