MPC was selected as final builder, total 60 seats are expected to build an IP-based call center system.
It is prospected to become more efficient operations by adding features such as IP-PBX (IP switching), CTI (computer telephony integration solutions), IVR (intelligent auto-response system), wallboards, voice recording, as well as screen recording (Screen Recording).
In addition, eduwill has a plan to consider compatibility to be able to build more seats without server extension.
Eduwill is operating customer center (1600-6700) seven days a week to handle customer`s questions quickly and it has been providing differentiated customer service by the technical support service untill 3am.
